1. About Tradie.im
Tradie.im is a trade platform and business management tool for the Isle of Man. We connect customers looking for trade services with local tradespeople. By using Tradie.im, you agree to these terms.
2. Platform Role
Tradie.im is an online platform for trade services and business management. We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between customers and tradies. We do not act as agent, broker, contractor, or employer for any user.
Our review of business listings prior to publication is limited to checking for compliance with these terms (such as completeness, appropriate language, and apparent legitimacy). This review does not constitute any form of vetting, endorsement, or assurance regarding a tradie's skills, qualifications, work quality, or business practices.
Tradie.im operates as an information society service provider. In respect of user-generated content (including business listings, reviews, messages, and job postings), we act as a hosting service. We do not initiate the transmission of, select the recipients of, or modify the substantive content of user-generated information, except as necessary for content moderation in accordance with our published policies.
Certain platform features use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to organise, rank, summarise, or present information. These automated outputs (including search rankings, review summaries, and AI-generated suggestions) are produced algorithmically and do not represent the opinion, recommendation, or endorsement of Tradie.im. Automated ranking and display do not imply that any tradesperson is more qualified, reliable, or suitable than another.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Tradie.im. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Types
Tradie.im offers two account types:
- Customer: Browse the platform, post jobs, leave reviews, and give cheers to businesses
- Tradie: All customer features plus the ability to create a business profile, submit quotes, manage invoices, track time, and respond to reviews
Each tradie account is linked to one business profile. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Tradie.im does not perform identity verification, background checks, criminal record checks, or any other form of due diligence on users of the platform. While we take reasonable steps to prevent abuse, we do not guarantee the identity, background, or intentions of any user. Users interact with other users at their own risk.
Team Membership: Our platform allows business account holders to invite other registered users to join their business as team members with defined permissions.
Relationship between Business Owner and Team Members: The relationship between a Business Owner and their team members is entirely a matter between those parties. Tradie.im does not create, define, or regulate any employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship between Business Owners and team members. The platform's permission settings are technical access controls only and do not define the legal scope of any person's authority, employment status, or contractual role.
Business Owner Responsibility: The Business Owner is solely responsible for ensuring that team members are authorised to perform the actions enabled by their assigned permissions, the conduct of team members using the platform on behalf of the business, ensuring compliance with applicable employment, tax, and health and safety law in relation to their team members, and maintaining appropriate agreements with team members regarding confidentiality and data handling.
Team Member Conduct: Actions taken by a team member within their assigned permissions are deemed to be actions of the business for the purposes of these Terms. The Business Owner is liable for all such actions as if they had taken them personally.
Data Access: Team members may access customer data, messages, financial records, and other information in accordance with their assigned permissions. The Business Owner is responsible for ensuring that such access complies with applicable data protection law.
5. Business Listings
All business profiles are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any business listing that:
- Contains false or misleading information
- Claims accreditations or qualifications that appear fraudulent
- Violates any applicable Isle of Man law or regulation
- Is inappropriate or offensive
Tradies are responsible for keeping their business information accurate and up to date.
Important: Tradie.im does not verify, validate, or confirm the qualifications, trade certifications, professional licences, insurance coverage, competence, or legal status of any tradie or business listed on the platform. Where a tradie's profile displays accreditations, qualifications, or insurance information, this information is self-declared by the tradie and has not been independently verified by Tradie.im. Users must not rely on the presence of such information on the platform as evidence that it is accurate or current.
Tradies are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate business insurance, including but not limited to public liability insurance. Tradie.im does not verify or monitor whether tradies hold current insurance policies. Customers should independently confirm that any tradie they engage holds adequate insurance before work commences.
Safety-Critical Accreditations: Certain trade activities on the Isle of Man require specific registration, licensing, or certification by law (including but not limited to gas installation and maintenance, electrical work, and asbestos removal). Where a tradesperson displays such accreditations on our platform, these are self-declared and are NOT verified by Tradie.im. We do not check registration numbers against official registers, contact issuing bodies, or confirm that accreditations are current. Customers are strongly advised to independently verify safety-critical accreditations directly with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., Gas Safe Register) before engaging a tradesperson for any work that legally requires registration. Any tradesperson who falsely claims a safety-critical accreditation on our platform is in breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
Reporting Fraudulent Accreditations: If we become aware that a tradesperson has falsely claimed a safety-critical accreditation, we will promptly suspend the listing and may report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. Users who suspect a false accreditation should report it to us immediately at [email protected] and directly to the relevant regulatory body.
6. Jobs, Quotes, and Site Visits
Tradie.im facilitates connections between customers and tradies. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a tradie. Any contract for work is solely between the customer and the tradie.
We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any work performed, the accuracy of any quotes, or the outcome of any job.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the qualifications, certifications, insurance, and suitability of any tradie they engage through the platform. For regulated trades (such as gas, electrical, and structural work), customers should verify that the tradie holds current, valid accreditations from the relevant regulatory body before any work commences.
The platform provides tools for scheduling site visits between customers and tradies. Site visit scheduling is a convenience feature only. Tradie.im is not liable for missed appointments, property access issues, or any incidents that occur during site visits. Both parties are responsible for confirming arrangements and maintaining their own safety.
Job Completion Process: Our platform provides a job completion feature whereby a tradesperson may indicate that they consider work complete, and the customer may confirm completion or raise a dispute. This feature is a communication tool only. It does not constitute an inspection or assessment of work, a determination of whether work meets contractual or legal standards, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, or any form of dispute resolution, or a certification that work is complete or satisfactory. The completion status displayed on the platform reflects only the parties' own declarations and has no legal effect on the underlying contract between customer and tradesperson. Where a customer disputes completion, we may record the dispute status but we do not investigate, evaluate, or resolve the dispute. Parties are responsible for resolving disputes directly or through appropriate legal channels.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Tradie.im offers optional paid subscription plans that provide additional features:
- Pro Plan: Enhanced tools for tradies including time tracking, advanced scheduling, AI assistant, and other premium features
- Featured Listing: An optional add-on that gives your business prominent placement on the platform
Core functionality (browsing the platform, posting jobs, submitting quotes, messaging, and reviews) remains free for all users. Paid plans provide additional business management tools and visibility.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current price, and your chosen payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds will be issued.
Cooling-Off Period: If you are a new subscriber, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not substantially used the paid features during that period. To request a cooling-off refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
We will provide at least 30 days' written notice (by email to the address associated with your account) before any price increase takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies and you will not be charged at the increased rate.
8. Payment Processing
All payments on Tradie.im are processed by PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Tradie.im does not store your full payment card details — these are handled entirely by PayPal.
When you pay an invoice through the Platform, your payment is processed directly by PayPal between your PayPal account and the tradesperson's PayPal account. Tradie.im does not at any time receive, hold, pool, or control funds payable between customers and tradespersons. Tradie.im is not a payment service provider, e-money issuer, or money transmitter. PayPal is the sole regulated payment services provider for all transactions facilitated through the Platform.
Refund requests for subscriptions should be directed to [email protected]. You may be entitled to a refund where: (a) the Platform is materially unavailable or fails to function as described for a significant portion of your billing period; (b) you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period described in Section 7; or (c) we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via PayPal within 14 business days. We may also consider goodwill refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Isle of Man consumer protection legislation.
9. Invoicing
Tradie.im provides invoicing tools that allow tradies to create and send invoices to customers. The invoicing tools provided by Tradie.im are document generation tools only, equivalent in nature to a word processor or spreadsheet template. Tradie.im does not provide accounting, tax advisory, or financial services of any kind.
Important:
- Tradie.im is not a party to any transaction between a customer and a tradie
- Invoices generated using Tradie.im tools are the sole creation and responsibility of the tradie who issues them
- Tradies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their invoices, including tax calculations, VAT registration requirements, and compliance with Isle of Man tax law
- Tradies are solely responsible for determining whether they are required to register for VAT or any other tax, for making all required registrations, and for the accurate calculation, collection, and remittance of all applicable taxes
- Tradie.im does not verify, validate, or certify the accuracy, legality, or tax compliance of any invoice
- Tradie.im does not process, hold, or transmit funds between customers and tradies for invoice payments. Any payment arrangements are made directly between the parties or through third-party payment processors
- Nothing on this platform should be construed as tax guidance or financial advice
Tradie.im is not a debt collection service. We do not chase unpaid invoices, enforce payment obligations, or adjudicate payment disputes. Payment disputes between customers and tradies are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. We may suspend accounts in response to repeated non-payment complaints at our discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.
The receipt and expense scanning feature uses automated technology to extract information from uploaded images. Extracted data may contain errors and should be independently verified before use. The categorisation and amounts suggested by the Platform are for convenience only and do not constitute accounting records or tax-compliant documentation.
10. Messaging
Our platform provides messaging functionality to facilitate communication between users in connection with jobs and trade services. Messages are private between the participants but may be accessed by Tradie.im: (i) where required by law or legal process; (ii) to investigate reports of abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms; (iii) to provide customer support when requested by a message participant; or (iv) using automated systems for spam and abuse detection. We do not routinely monitor the content of messages. Users must not use messaging to harass or threaten other users, send unsolicited commercial communications, share illegal content, or arrange transactions designed to circumvent the platform. Messages are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Time Tracking
Tradie.im provides time tracking tools for Pro subscribers. Time entries, timers, and budget calculations are provided as business management aids. Tradie.im does not guarantee the accuracy of tracked time and is not liable for any billing disputes arising from time tracking data. Tradies are responsible for verifying their own time records.
12. AI-Powered Features
Tradie.im uses artificial intelligence (AI) powered by Anthropic's Claude to provide certain features, including but not limited to:
- An AI chat assistant for tradies to help with business queries and generate content such as quotes, messages, and job descriptions
- An AI writing assistant to help draft professional text for quotes, invoices, and messages
- Automated content summarisation (e.g. changelog generation)
- Smart suggestions and recommendations
AI-generated content is provided as a helpful tool and should be reviewed before use. Tradie.im does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for any content you publish or send, including content drafted with AI assistance.
When you interact with AI features, your inputs (such as prompts, job details, or message context) may be sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how AI data is handled.
AI Writing Assistance: Our AI writing assistant may suggest text for quotes, messages, invoices, and other communications. AI-suggested text is a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all text before sending or publishing it. AI-generated text does not constitute legal, contractual, or professional advice. We accept no responsibility for any obligations, representations, or liabilities arising from content you choose to send or publish, whether or not it was initially suggested by our AI tools.
AI-Assisted Document Processing: Our receipt scanning and invoice tools use AI to extract and suggest information from uploaded documents. AI extraction is automated and may contain errors, including incorrect amounts, dates, descriptions, or categorisations. You must review all AI-extracted information before confirming or using it. We accept no liability for errors in AI-extracted data, including any consequences for your accounting, tax filings, or financial records.
AI Support Agent: Our AI-powered support agent provides automated responses based on platform documentation. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. For definitive answers regarding your account, billing, or legal rights, please request escalation to a human support representative. AI support responses do not constitute binding representations by Tradie.im.
AI-Generated Review Summaries: Business profiles may display AI-generated summaries of user reviews. These summaries are produced by automated systems and may not accurately reflect the content, tone, or intent of individual reviews. AI summaries are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading individual reviews.
13. Reviews
Reviews must be:
- Honest and based on genuine experience
- Respectful and free from abusive language
- Relevant to the business being reviewed
We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these terms. Business owners may respond to reviews publicly.
Defamation Complaints: If you believe that a review published on our platform is defamatory, you may submit a written complaint to [email protected] identifying: (i) the specific review, (ii) the statement(s) you allege to be defamatory, (iii) why you believe the statement(s) to be false, and (iv) your full name and contact details. We will assess the complaint and may, at our sole discretion, remove or suspend the review pending investigation. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal.
We may disclose the identity and contact information of a reviewer if required to do so by a court order or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process.
14. Cheers System
Cheers are a non-monetary reputation signal within Tradie.im, designed to help customers identify tradies who consistently deliver quality work. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred outside the platform, or refunded. Customer cheers expire 3 months after allocation if unspent. We reserve the right to modify the cheers system at any time.
Cheers are not electronic money, stored value, a digital currency, a payment instrument, or a financial product of any kind. Cheers are not issued on receipt of funds and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged for money, or redeemed for any monetary value. No regulatory body supervises or guarantees Cheers. Tradie.im will not introduce any feature that permits Cheers to be purchased with money or redeemed for monetary value without first obtaining any necessary regulatory authorisations.
Importance of the Cheers System: The cheers system plays a central role in maintaining trust and transparency on the platform. Cheers help surface reputable tradies on the platform, influence search rankings, and provide customers with a meaningful indicator of a tradie's standing in the community. Any attempt to undermine this system undermines the trust that all users place in the platform.
Cheers System Abuse (Tradies): Tradies must not engage in any activity designed to artificially inflate, manipulate, or otherwise abuse the cheers system. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Soliciting, incentivising, or coercing customers to give cheers in exchange for discounts, free work, gifts, or any other consideration
- Creating or using fake customer accounts to give cheers to your own business
- Coordinating with other tradies, friends, or family members to exchange cheers artificially
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate or transfer cheers
- Giving cheers to your own business through any secondary account or intermediary
- Offering to reduce quoted prices or provide additional services in return for cheers
Consequences: Any tradie found to be abusing the cheers system may face the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Immediate removal of all artificially obtained cheers from the business profile
- Temporary suspension of the tradie account and business listing
- Permanent ban and blacklisting from the platform, including prohibition from creating new accounts
- Public removal of the business listing from the platform
These enforcement actions are proportionate to the severity and persistence of the abuse. We actively monitor for suspicious cheers activity and investigate all reports. Decisions regarding cheers abuse are made at our sole discretion and are final.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to manipulate reviews, cheers, or search results
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Create multiple accounts or subscriptions to circumvent platform rules
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
16. Intellectual Property
Content you upload (business descriptions, photos, reviews, invoices) remains yours, but you grant Tradie.im a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the platform and in promotional materials directly related to the Tradie.im service.
You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. All Tradie.im branding, design, and platform code are the property of Tradie.im and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Content created with the assistance of our AI tools (such as the AI writing assistant) is owned by you, the user who created it. Tradie.im does not claim ownership of AI-assisted content. When you upload receipts, invoices, or other documents, you warrant that you have the right to share this content with us and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Isle of Man law.
Subject to the above, Tradie.im is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are a communication and business management platform. We do not:
- Guarantee the accuracy of business listings, reviews, or AI-generated content
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by any tradie
- Guarantee the qualifications, certifications, insurance, or competence of any tradie
- Accept liability for any loss or damage arising from interactions between users
- Accept liability for any disputes between customers and tradies, including payment disputes
- Accept liability for the accuracy of invoices, time tracking data, or financial calculations provided through the platform
- Accept liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions or content
- Guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any particular feature
To the maximum extent permitted by Isle of Man law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Tradie.im is limited to the total amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or five hundred pounds (£500), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under Isle of Man consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
18. Indemnification
This section applies to you only to the extent that you are using the platform in the course of your trade, business, or profession. If you are using the platform as a consumer (for personal, non-business purposes), this indemnification clause does not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradie.im, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these terms
- Content you upload, publish, or send through the platform (including invoices and AI-assisted content)
- Any dispute between you and another user
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws, including tax obligations
- Any claims arising from the quality, safety, or legality of work you perform or commission through the platform
Without limiting the above, each tradesperson specifically agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tradie.im against all claims, damages, losses, and costs arising from: (i) any accreditation, qualification, certification, or registration displayed on their profile that is false, misleading, expired, or inaccurate; (ii) any work performed that requires a licence, registration, or certification that the tradesperson does not hold; and (iii) any regulatory action taken against the tradesperson in connection with their trade activities.
19. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Tradie.im, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any legal proceedings.
Tradie.im is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve disputes between users of the platform. Any disputes between customers and tradies (including disputes about work quality, pricing, payments, or any other matter) are solely between those parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Isle of Man law, any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Tradie.im must be commenced within twelve (12) months after the cause of action accrues.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading. The 30-day informal resolution period does not prevent you from taking legal action at any time if you wish to do so.
20. Service Availability and Force Majeure
We aim to keep Tradie.im available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time. Where changes materially affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, government actions or orders, failure of telecommunications or internet services, cyberattacks, power failures, or the failure of any third-party service provider (including hosting, payment processing, or authentication services).
21. Support Service Level Agreement
21.1 Support Channels
All support is provided exclusively through the in-app support ticket system at app.tradie.im/support. We do not offer phone, email, or live chat support.
21.2 Availability
Support tickets can be submitted 24/7. An AI support assistant provides immediate automated responses to common queries around the clock. Human support is provided on a best-effort basis during evenings and weekends. Tradie.im is operated by a small team alongside full-time employment, and support capacity reflects this.
21.3 Response Time Targets

First response means the first reply from a human team member. AI auto-replies do not count toward this target. Resolution means the issue is resolved or a workaround is provided. Complex issues may take longer; we will communicate expected timelines. These are targets, not guarantees. Response times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
21.4 Pro Subscriber Priority
Pro subscribers' tickets are prioritised in the support queue. When multiple tickets are waiting, Pro tickets are addressed first.
21.5 AI Support Assistant
An AI assistant may provide an initial automated response to your ticket. AI responses are clearly identified and provided on a best-effort basis. If the AI cannot resolve your query, your ticket is automatically escalated to a human. AI support does not affect your entitlement to a human response.
21.6 Exclusions
Response time targets do not apply to:
- Feature requests or product feedback (handled via the feedback system)
- Issues caused by third-party services, browsers, or devices outside our control
- Queries relating to custom integrations not officially supported
- Periods of scheduled maintenance
21.7 Uptime
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the core platform, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. This is a target, not a guarantee. We do not offer service credits or refunds for downtime.
21.8 Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with the handling of a support ticket, reply to the ticket requesting escalation. We aim to acknowledge escalations within 48 hours.
21.9 Feedback and Rewards
Users can submit product feedback through the in-app feedback system. Accepted feedback from tradespeople may be rewarded with 30 days of complimentary Pro access, at our discretion.
22. Privacy
Your use of Tradie.im is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018 (Applied GDPR).
23. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, any active subscriptions (including Pro and Featured subscriptions) will be automatically cancelled and no further charges will be made.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For non-severe violations, we will endeavour to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before taking action. We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm, fraud, illegal activity, or serious breach of these Terms.
If your account is suspended, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a review of the decision. We will review the request and communicate our decision.
If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription fees. If we terminate your account due to breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data where practicable.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For minor or clarificatory changes, continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and may require you to actively accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform. If you do not agree to material changes, you may cancel your subscription and close your account before the changes take effect.
25. General Provisions
Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradie.im regarding your use of the platform. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of these terms.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and such remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure or delay by Tradie.im in exercising any right or remedy under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any right or remedy under these terms is only effective if given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent right or remedy.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party (for example, if the platform is acquired by another entity), and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such transfer.
Consumer Rights: Where you are using this platform as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have additional rights under Isle of Man consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Legal Compliance: We may be required by law to verify your identity or the identity of your business, to monitor activity on the Platform, and to report certain activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. You agree to provide such information and documentation as we may reasonably request for these purposes.
26. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this clause does not affect that right.
