There's no shortage of great tradespeople on the Isle of Man, but there's never been a proper way to find them all in one place. Everyone's got a different way to get in touch, there's no standard way to request a job or get a quote, and finding reviews usually means asking around on Facebook. We thought that could be better.
Tradie.im puts everything in one place - finding tradies, getting quotes, messaging, scheduling, payments, and proper verified reviews. No commission fees, just a straightforward tool built by two lads on the island. We'll keep adapting it based on feedback as we go.
Let's be honest, the Isle of Man is typically well behind the curve when it comes to technology. Most industries here still rely on tools and processes that the rest of the world moved on from years ago. One of our goals with Tradie.im is to change that. We want to bring the island's trade industry not just up to speed with the UK, but ahead of it, with modern, AI-powered tools that reflect where technology actually is today, not where it was a decade ago.

Ryan is the technical force behind Tradie.im. With a decade of experience in software engineering and infrastructure, he designed and built the entire platform from scratch. He has a habit of turning manual processes into automated solutions and loves building things that actually make people's lives easier.

Rory is the outreach and people side of Tradie.im. With over 20 years of experience spanning IT, sales, marketing, and operations across South Africa and the Isle of Man, he brings a rare mix of technical know-how and client-facing skills. A psychology graduate who has built relationships with everyone from high-net-worth investors to gaming clients, Rory makes sure Tradie.im works for real people - not just on paper.

Tradie.im is custom-built from the ground up. Every line of code is ours, not a template or low-code platform. That means when new technology lands or a user asks for something specific, we can build it and ship it without waiting on anyone else.
