Tradies can already list accreditations on their profile, but right now they're self-reported. This feature will add real verification by partnering with industry bodies and licensing authorities, so customers can trust that a Gas Safe or NICEIC badge is genuine.
Sub-Jobs & Multi-Trade Projects
Big projects like kitchen renovations need more than one trade. This feature lets customers break a job into sub-jobs for different trades, each quoted on and managed by a different tradie, all rolling up into one project view.
AI Job Management Agent
A proactive AI secretary that handles the admin side of running a trade business. It analyses incoming jobs, suggests pricing, schedules site visits around your calendar, follows up on stale quotes, and gives you a daily briefing of where you need to be.
Receipt & Invoice Scanning
Snap a photo of any supplier receipt or invoice and AI extracts the details automatically. Log costs against jobs for accurate job costing without any manual data entry.
Recurring Jobs & Service Reminders
Set jobs to automatically recur on a schedule for regular maintenance work like boiler servicing or fire alarm checks. Recurring jobs appear in your calendar when due and customers get reminder notifications ahead of time.
Dedicated Mobile App
A native app for iOS and Android, available on the App Store and Google Play. Tradie.im already works as a PWA you can add to your home screen, but a dedicated app means proper push notifications, smoother performance, and a more polished experience. Same platform, just feels like it belongs on your phone.
